PRODUCTION
At present the LLC Dimitrovgrad plant of window raisers produces: The following technologies are used in the production: cold stamping, semi-automatic metal working, pressure diecasting (zinc alloys and polymers), corrosion-resistant coating (zinc-coating and oxidation), production of roll-formed sections, contact welding, etc.
Production of window raisers is practically a closed production cycle. There are areas for instrument-assisted work, stamping and mounting work, an experimental laboratory, an electrodeposit line and other auxiliary areas. High reliability of the products of the "Dimitrovgrad plant of window raisers" is ensured by their constant technical control at all stages of the production cycle. Technical control service group puts much effort into achieving European quality level that provides for application of the ïïë standards (no more than 150 defective items per a million). A necessity to produce high quality goods as well as the increased output led to cooperation with such vendors as JSC "Severstal" (Cherepovets), JSC "Novolipetskiy Metallurgical Plant" and JSC "Beloretskiy Metallurgical Plant", JSC "Avtonormal" (Belebei), JSC "Rikos" (Rostov Engineering Company on Lubricants Production), JSC "Kaluzhskiy Autoelectric Equipment Plant", JSC "Krasnaya Etna" (Nizhny Novgorod) and other Russian industry giants.
The quality of produced goods is controlled in accordance with the requirements of the corresponding technical conditions (performance of acceptance, periodical and model tests). The following control types are distinguished at the plant: on-receipt inspection of materials and accessories, interoperational control and product testing. During inspection and tests only accepted measurement equipment, test benches and tools are used. Reports are drawn in accordance with the current plant standards on the basis of the test results. All the defects are analyzed and preventive and corrective measures are scheduled. Internal audit of the management system takes place according to the accepted schedule; all inconsistencies are evaluated and eliminated (according to the requirements of GOST P ISO 9001-2001). In 2005 the plant obtained an international quality management certificate according to GOST P ISO 9001.

Hoses of the best European and Asian producers tested in the certified laboratories are also used in the production. The marking is white or embossed on the hose surface:
